Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen is an American model, actress and singer who hails from St. Louis Missouri. She is known for playing Jenny Humphrey as part of the CW drama Gossip Girl, and also as the singer in the rock group The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's music is featured in television and film shows such as How to Be Single, Going the Distance and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen, born in July 1993, is the daughter of an elder sister Sloane Momsen. Taylor Momsen attended the Center of Creative Arts, St. Louis. At the age of three She began her professional acting career in a national Shake 'n Bake commercial. Momsen's acting career was put on hold for three years, until she got the lead role in the film Misconceptions. Momsen starred also in Saving Shiloh 2006 during this period. She was also one of the three top contenders for Hannah Montana's main part. But, Miley Cyrus was awarded the part.
