Ariel Winter, born Ariel Winter Workman (Janurary 28 1998) in Los Angeles California is an American performer, singer and voice actor. The career of Ariel's actor started at age six, when she appeared in an commercial for Cool Whip. On CBS's Listen Up!, Ariel was offered her first television appearance at just 7 years old. Later on, she played in the likes of Monk Bones or ER. Gretchen appeared in Disney Original Channel's animated series Phineas and Ferb as of 2007. Her breakthrough performance in live-action came the following year as Alex Dunphy of the hit TV show Modern Family. Along with the others on the cast of Modern Family, she won the Screen Actors Guild Award four times for Outstanding Performances by an Ensemble in the Comedy Series. Ariel continues to voice characters in films such as ParaNorman Cloudy, With A Chance Of Meatballs & Scooby-Doo! Stage Fear. Ariel is a Taekwondo purple belt.
